We provide quotes or estimates for any requested services. Prices are valid only for the time specified.
Payment terms — including deposits, milestones, and final payments — are detailed in the Service Agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Until full payment is made, AA Home Solutions retains ownership of materials, plans, designs, or work in progress.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, images, logos, layouts, designs, plans) is the property of AA Home Solutions or its licensors. You may use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes and not without written permission.
5. Acceptable Use — Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AA Home Solutions is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of profits or business
- Service delays or interruptions
- Any damages exceeding the total amount paid for the service
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or applicable courts in the State of Florida.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of those changes.
